PROJECT TITLE: Wearable Vital Sign Sensor

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Introduction: (Maximum 100 words) Telecare System can monitor the health conditions of the patient remotely. By wearing a portable monitoring device, the vital signs (including pulse rate and temperature) of the subject can actively be checked continuously.
