PROJECT TITLE: 納米線氣體探測器 Nanowire-based Gas Sensors

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
香港科技大學化學系楊世和教授所領導的研究小組經過長期研究﹐開發出一種在電極板表面生長大面積無機硫化物及氧化物納米線陣列的新技術。該技術工藝簡單﹐反應條件溫和﹐在室溫下即可進行。所生成的納米線陣列材料可直接用于製造多種氣體探測器
(如煤氣、氨氣等)﹐還可用于太陽能電池。我們竭誠歡迎各廠商垂詢合作。 Technology: The key technology consists of the fabrication of large-area inorganic (sulphide and oxide) nanowire arrays on electrode surfaces at room temperature. The said nanowire arrays can be directly used for gas sensors and solar cells. Advantages: Simple fabrication process, mild reaction conditions, directly applied to gas sensors and solar cells. Applications: Town gas sensors; ammonia sensors; dye-sensitized solar cells
