DESCRIPTION: 香港科技大學先進工程材料實驗所副所長李建龍領導的研究小組開發出一系列循環再造天然纖維合成材料。該種材料採用回收的熱塑材料(如PE,
PP, PVC,
PET等)與回收的天然纖維材料(如木屑等)經特殊工藝加工合成。由於在加工過程中添加了納米材料﹐使得該種合成材料較同類的循環再造材料具有更高的強度和更優的熱穩定性﹐同時還增加了抗紫外老化、抗菌等新的功能。該種合成材料具有環保﹐造價低﹐毋需油漆覆蓋﹐有木質感﹐可黏合﹐輕便﹐防水等等優點﹐可廣泛應用於建築材料、室內裝修、傢具材料、汽車部件等。我們竭誠歡迎各廠商垂詢合作。
Technology: Recycled natural fiber composite (RNFC) are made of
thermoplastics or post-consumer plastics such as PE, PP, PVC, PET
and waste wood fiber such as maple or oak from the saw mills.
Incorporation of nano-materials into RNFC significantly improves its
mechanical properties, thermal characteristic and other functional
properties such as UV resistance, anti-bacteria. Advantages:
Environment friendly and renewable nature; Cost effective for large
volume production; No painting and sealing required; Fastener can be
used for assembly; Lower density; Woody touch; Water resistance.
Applications: Construction, interior decoration, furniture, and
