PROJECT TITLE: 新型混合合成混凝土骨架材料 Hybrid Composite Rebar for Concrete Structure

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
香港科技大學土木工程系張慕聖教授領導的研究小組開發出一種新型的混合合成混凝土骨架材料。該材料採用特殊高強度纖維與傳統的金屬纖維
(如鋼纖維、銅纖維等)混合合成﹐具有抗腐蝕﹐力學強度高(達到鋼的80%以上)﹐延展性能佳﹐熱膨脹係數小﹐輕便易于運輸﹐可大規模生產且成本低等優良特性。該種合成材料可用抗腐蝕環境的混凝土建築(如海邊建築)﹐亦可用於孔洞管道等混凝土臨時增強結構。我們竭誠歡迎各廠商垂詢合作。 Technology: A new type of improved hybrid composite rebar has been developed through incorporation of high modulus fiber and conventional metal fiber such as steel or copper fiber. Advantages: - Corrosion resistant - High modulus (at least 80% of steel), high strength, ductile - Light weight and easy to handle and transport - Low coefficient of thermal expansion - Mass production at low cost Applications: Construction Industry: Reinforced concrete exposed to deicing salts (e.g., close to sea water) or other corrosive agents; Tunneling/boring applications requiring reinforcement of temporary concrete structures.
