PROJECT TITLE: Automatic Digital Enhancement System
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A fully automatic digital photo enhancement system that can enhance and correct the exposure and color problems of digital images. The system analyzes the content of the image and detects the exposure and color problems exhibit in the image. Appropriate corrections will be made on the photo based on the problems found. The problems can be detected and corrected are backlight, under-exposure, over-exposure, color casting. The algorithm can also optimize the exposure of a normal photo. With such a system, photos taken in various conditions can be corrected automatically and quickly to give good and natural look. The overall visual effects of the photo will be improved and unclear objects inside the photo can been seen clearly.
